The other day, I was snagged with a laser gun doing 73 in a 50 MPH zone. It was my first offense, and I was wondering what my best course of action would be. I know it is 4 points, so I thought if I took a Traffic School course, I could at least get it down to 2. However, I am not sure how to do this. Do I plead guilty and ask to take the traffic school or do I plead not guilty and then ask for this option once I go to court? Also, will insurance show the 4 points even if I reduce the amount to 2? Any advice you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
