first time offense Hendersonville nc 62 in a 35mph zone


What is the name of your state? north carolina

i got a ticket acouple of days ago on my way to work for goin 62 in a 35 and i now have a court date.. is there anyway i can make this go away.
it was about 4am and i was runnin late to work when i saw a cop come over the hill and turn around then tail me for 3-4 blocks before blue lighting me... please help

Speed greater than 55 and more than 15 over the limit risks a suspension of your licence and a large insurance increase if convicted.

A lawyer can probably get it reduced to 9 over which will be no insurance points if there are no previous convictions.
