FL driver-speeding ticket in SC

What is the name of your state? Florida

I was driving in rural South Carolina a couple weeks ago and a sheriff going the opposite direction turned around and pulled me over, saying I was doing 76 in a 55 zone (I didn't think I was going quite that fast). I still don't see how he clocked me while going the opposite direction... Anyway,
he ticketed me for it, obviously, so my question is, will I get points on my FL license and will my insurance go up if I pay the fine? I've been searching the internet for answers and have come up with nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's called moving radar. The radar beam reflects off the road nearby, and off the vehicles coming in the opposite direction. The beam that bounces off the road nearby gauges the speed of the patrol vehicle. The other beam gauges the closing speed of the traffic moving in the opposite direction. When you're speeding in the oppiste direction, the RADAR gauges your speed by subtracting the closing speed from the patrol car's speed.
