Question

FL Driving while license suspended without knowledge

What is the name of your state? florida
ticketed for driving while license suspended without knowledge, I missed that court date and was issued a fine. I paid fine and now case is closed..... Except now that was a third driving while suspended, and by not going to court and paying fine I assume that a guilty plea was entered. Which now this makes the driver a habitual offender and now next driving on a suspended was with knowledge and is a felony. Question is can I "appeal" the guilty plea or somehow overturn the plea and try to fight offense so I do fall into repeat offender and receive felony charge? By the way if it makes a difference it is Lake County Florida.
