following too closeWhat is the name of your state? NY I was pulled over by a cop the other day and he gave me a ticket stating that i was "following too close to the car in front of me". can an officer give you ticket for that? he failed to put the VIN number on the ticket, does that hold any ground? do i get any points for this if i was proven guilty?
