Following Too Closely - In NjWhat is the name of your state? NY Had an accident in NJ - the older guy just suddenly stopped in front of me - I tried to avoid him but got him a liitle bit in rear/side bumper. When the officer got there, he just decided that I WAS FOLLOWING TO CLOSELY AND GAVE ME A TICKET. Can I win it? He also made a mistake on the ticket - my birthday is wrong. Does ot matter? Thank you. |

| If you rear ended someone, you were following too closely. The birth date error isn't going to make a difference. |
