Foreign speeding ticket

What is the name of your state? Washington

I have received a speeding ticket to my home address from my recent trip to Germany. They are all in German and I am unable to read them. I will pay this, but are there any other reverberations (I was going way too fast) I must expect?

I thought German highways had no speed limits.

I stop foreign drivers allot in Washington. Can't do anything to their license from originating country but if they don't pay the fine they will be suspended in this state only. I'm sure the same applies to Germany.
