Fraudulent speeding ticket NJ

NJ long beach township.

Fraudulent speeding ticket

I was doing 25 in a 25 mph zone, cop behind me and pulled me over. I asked the cop why I was being pulled over, his reply was that he “paced me”; he said he was doing 35 and I was “pulling away from him”. I know this road is 25 mph and I made a point to stick to the posted speed of 25 mph. I nicely told the cop that was untrue and three witness in the vehicle also agreed that I was doing 25. The cop wrote me a ticket for doing 38 in a 25 zone ( B.S.). I asked to see the radar and he refused, then I proceeded to use some choice words directed towards him. I then went down to talk to the sergeant on duty and explained my situation of receiving a false speeding ticket, he said he would talk to the officer, I asked to file a written compliant against the officer for fraudulent ticket writing, the sergeant said that was not possible; I could only file a complaint if the cop was rude or unprofessional in his demeanor. The cop had a radar gun, but did not use it; instead he “PACED” me. I know I can beat this in court (or at least hope to). Is there anyway I can file a fictious charge against this cop. Any other legal advise on this case, to help me beat the ticket, and get this corrupted cop off the force would be helpful.

Thank you for time/

If what you are saying is true, then the officer made a *mistake*. That doesn't make him corrupt. Go to court and prove your ticket is wrong. Then move on with your life.

It was not a *mistake*, It was a blatant fraudulent ticket, probably written to fill his quota, this could happen to you or someone you know. This “mistake” cost people money, aggravation and time. This is America, not some dictatorship/communist country. This cop should be cited for blatant disregard for the law, if he can get away with this, then what is next?

Plead not guilty.

Have a jury trial.

If you win, then tell your story to the news media.

You mean ficticious? You want to file a false charge against the cop? You want to go to jail?
