GA - do I need an atty - suspended registration

Hello-
long story and very stupid oversight on my part for this to happen...
I was pulled over in Atlanta and given a ticket for expired insurance and suspended registration-

I assume my tag was run at a stop light as I was not pulled over or cited for any other violation.

I was not aware of the expired insurance and had it and the resistration all resolved the next day.

Do I need an attorney for my court appearance - I am worried I could lose my license for the supended registration.

Also, any idea what the tickets for expired insurance and suspended registration could cost?

Given the nature of the citation and that you were proactive in remedying them, I doubt that an attorney would be worth the cost. Simply appear, admit your mistake(s) and that they were an oversight and that you 'have learned'.
