Getting a Speeding Ticket Reduced?

What is the name of your state? NC

I was recently caught going 70 in a 50. I talked to a lawyer who mentioned that he could get it reduced to a improper equipment. However, about 2 and 1/2 years ago I had a minor accident in a different county where I also had a ticket which was reduced. Will this be a problem? I was under the impression that because they two tickets are in different counties, they should not interfere with each other.

Could be a problem, ask your lawyer (he needs to know about the previous ticket).
