Getting A Ticket With A PJCI Live In North Carolina and received a pjc last year for 70 in a 55 i got it reduced to 64 in a 55 and got a pjc, but today i got another ticket going 70 in a 55 although my speedometer read 60 or a little above. How can i resolve this without being cherged with both do i have gorunds to plea for faulty Equipment? |

| You will not be able to let off with "faulty equipment" since it is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that his vehicle is up to standards. If you can bring proof that your speedometer was malfunctioning AND you have had it corrected then you MIGHT see some leniency from the court.
