Sorry to inform you, but you are asking the wrong question. The right question is: what's going to happen when you are found guilty? That is, how much your insurance is going to go up? Exact answer should be obtained from insurance company, but I can tell you it's way more that the fine you asked about.
Another question, should you try and fight it and how? The answers are here in the older posts, just try to find them. You have a number of options, like TBD, traffic school, etc. Definitely consider them. |
