THREAD CLOSED- THANKS.

/THREAD CLOSED/

What is the name of your state? New York

I got a speeding ticket in Geneva NY going 46mph in a 30mph. My question is, who do I talk to about changing the violation to something else like seatbelt fine? I dont want my insurance going skyhigh. And what should I say also? Thanks in advance.
