NO WAY DUDE!!

Cops put up road blocks to check for anything from vehicle stickers and seat belts to stopping Bonnie and Clyde.I doubt if Georgia is much different.

Probable Cause

Is what it takes.Sometimes cops just hang around at stop signs to check cars for visible violiations like stickers. Thats not really a road block though. For a real road block they need probable cause that a crime has been commited. This has been challenged in court many times because its somewhat vague in meaning. Each state is different though so im not really giving a specific answer to Georgia and hope others can help you.Real good question and hope you will let us know if you find out.
