Obviously the officer failed to sufficiently articulate that the elements of the offense, so it was dismissed. That's how it works.

Glad to know the system worked as it was supposed to.

I agree but then again, not sure how much of a lesson Sonny boy learned especially with Dad egging him on that he did nothing wrong. I guess only time will tell...

Maybe the lesson sonny boy learned was that we live in a free society where each individual is afforded the assumption of innocence and that the burden of prosecution lies with the state.

Nice civics lesson, Dad!!!
