Grilfriend caught driving on a suspended licenseArizona: On Staurday Night my girlfriend was pulled over because the tags on her plate were old (she had the car registered but forgot to put the new year tag on the plate) I just found this out this weekend but apparently her License was suspended back in May for driving without insurance and not going to her court date, on Saturday the cop pulled her over and took her license from her and then told her if that if she didn't go to her court date for this they would issue her a warrant for her arrest. So my question is what kind of penalties can she expect for 1.) driving on a suspended license and 2.) driving without insurance. |

| **A: unless you have $5,000-$10,000 in cash to pay for an attorney, there is not much you can do to help her out. She needs to help herself. Last edited by HomeGuru; 08-06-2007 at 01:39 PM. |
