I have read other posts about date errors being one day off but the speeding ticket I received in Michigan is grossly incorrect.

The offense occured on 10/21/06 and the ticket says it happened 1/23/84, my DOB. Also when the officer signed the bottom of the ticket, he dated it 1/23/06.

I have searched online and the ticket is not yet posted after 13 days.

Is this dismissable?

Demur?

You might want to look into the process called demurring.

For more info about it, read the definition in a dictionary, and do a google on demur traffic ticket.
