is health condition a defense for driving under suspension

I was recently cited for driving under suspension in Pa when the licensed driver/owner of the vehicle was unable to operate it due to a pre-established medical concern. I drove the vehicle through what I thought was the parking lot of her living complex but the officer said it was a township road. Will having her therapist testify to her condition make any differance. Do I have any defense here. I also have 2 DUS charges but they are from about 2 yrs ago. Please help
