Hi, my fiancee received a call from his older brother yesterday. His brother has a warrant out for his arrest which we already knew about. My fiancee's brother tells him that he got stopped for speeding and told the officer that he did not have his license with him. He then proceeded to give the officer my fiancee's name and birthday!!! Do you think the officer needed my fiancee's social security or drivers license number? The brother told my fiancee' that the officer said that if he pays the ticket it will not go on his record. I told my fiancee he needs to call the police station if it does happen to go on his record. What do ya'll think? Please give me some advice!

If your fiance's brother gets away with using his name once what will stop him from doing it again? In my opinion your fiance' should inform the authorities about this.

I have yet to get a ticket that did not show up on my record at some point. I doubt seriously if this ticket is an exception to that rule. It could take time to show up but it will eventually especially now in the day of the computer.
