my husbands was in a car accident a couple monthes ago, he hit a light pole and the car was still driveable after! we had insurance and he got a ticket for careless driving. we found out that his liscens was suspended because of a unisured accident and because he didn't file a accident report....well the law in oregon is that you dont have to file a report unless the car had a damage of 1,500 and are car didn't also how would it be suspended for unisured accident when we had insurance, is this at all possible?????
