Was cited for reckless operation. Citation written on wrong vehicle due to officer refused to allow me to retrieve the registration from vehicle. Two registrations were in vehicle and officer retreived wrong one. Citation written on 1990 white sedan. I was driving a 1998 gray pickup truck. Is this citation valid? What should I tell the judge? Should I plead not guilty?
