I am always liable, HELP! Professor I filed motions to verify the compliant, in two separate traffic violattion citations.
I copied the motions right from the website, and simply changing the purtenant info. I filed one ten days before my arranment. That motion was denied without comment; moreover, having attempted to cover my son with a similarly, and entering his arranment, I spoke for my juvinille son. After requesting tthe motion be reexaimed, he refused and wanted a pleading. I then informed tthe judge that best on the case law and cvc aand cconsitution he doesn't plead nor does he accept the notice to appear as a verified compliant. the judge said he didn't care, he entered a plead of not guilty. The other motion was submitted the day of the arrangment, filed with the court clerk and not having my name called i left awaiting the court decision. no word out that court, but i thinkl the clerk simply filed. I do have a stamp that it was there on that day. botth of these traffic tickets are now failure to appear warrants. what the hell do i do now?

siggned I am always in deep ****.

Dear Pious1:

I have written back to you on the other Boards, but have never received a response from you. To recap, I have no idea what you may have done wrong, or the timing, or the reasons for what the judge said. I have used the motion to my success, and others have done likewise. You need to appeal these decisions, and demand a written "statement of decision" from the judge for your appeals. It's time for you to get an attorney.
