OK, this is my problem, and this time I will express to you, the correct grammatical skills that I know how.

Right after school yesterday, I was mad at some differences that I had with some people at school, so taking this into consideration, I let my anger get the best of me.
I came to a stop sign, and it's at a little intersection, well, I started linelocking my truck, and spun around to the left, well it was all going really good and stuff, until there was another vehicle in my lane. I then swerved to miss this vehicle, and I hit a road sign. There was not much damage to my truck, or atleast that could be proven that a road sign done the damage.
Now the problem, I was stopped by 3 cops later that night, and they asked if i had hit any signs that day. Well I was scared, so I said No. They looked all around my truck, and could not find one thing wrong with it. They just told me to come by the Police Station today to clarify some questions. Someone had supposedly turned me in, and the bad thing about lying to them about it, is that I have a rare Truck, A 1998 F-150 Nascar Truck, so it's not that easily missed. If i tell the truth which im gonna do, what are the consequences?? What could they do now that they didn't see it, but they have someone that saw it, it's there word against mine, that is if i lie.... So if you could please help me out..

Oh yeah, Sorry bout last night's email, i was tired and in a hurry, and i know it was hard to understand but i tried to sum up the story, thanks for your help...

bye bye. :p

My response:

I am not going to tell you to lie. That's just dumb, anyway. And lies are not something to build "character" upon. Your name and word have to mean something in this life, because when those are tarnished, you'll be treated with no regard for the rest of your life. So, you were dumb, and hit a sign. This isn't a "Federal Case." Tell them you got nervous, told a lie, you're very sorry, and that you'll be happy to pay for a newly erected sign. So, it'll cost you a couple hundred bucks. Stuff happens. So, start mowing lawns.
