Hello,

I am 17 years old and i got pulled over about five or six months ago for going 50 in a 30. I pled not guilty because I was, in a way, avoiding an accident. I got my court meeting date in the mail two weeks ago and it's tomorrow. What will probably happen and what should i do?

Please help me!

We can't give you any real advice without the state which is why we ask.

However, your "in a way avoiding an accident" is never going to work.
The answer is almost always to slow down. 20+ is not going to fly.
