I didn't mean to, but it did. It was wrong, I know I'm guilty. I panicked. Now, what can I do?
The accident happened in a city and state that I don't live in. The other vehicle was a taxicab.
There was no damage, it was slow traffic. Should I call the police and turn myself in?
My license plate is a personal one, I'm sure they'll find me. I just want to do what's best now.

Contact an attorney first. He may be able to find out how much information the police have and if it is enough to warrant turning yourself in. If there was no damage, I could not imagine the police wanting to talk to you.
