Hit and Run

Im from pennsylvania.I was in a hit and run accident and i did the dumb thing and sped away. I'm pretty confidentno one got my license plate beacuse it was late and dark. What are the chances of them fiding me without a license plate number? Im am freaking out scared. I know for a fact no one was hurt so if i am caught, what punishments could i expect?
