HOV violation

What is the name of your state? Georgia

I was driving HOV and I was the only one in the car. This is my first ticket ever. Can I plea nolo??

A nolo just gets you out of points. There are no points on a HOV violation (at least not until the 4th offense). You can only use a nolo every 5 years to erase the points from a violation, so you don't want to burn it on a no point offense.
