What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I want to refer to a statement in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The manual is online on a government website. How can I use that in court as evidence?

Another option is that I can print out the entire manual, but then how do I make it admissible? I would rather save the paper and refer to the website.
THank you

You might ask the judge to take judicial notice, but I'd still think you'd need an expert to testify to make anything in the manual useful to you. (Why the section applies to your situation, why the manual itself applies to the law, things like that.)

Would I say(for judicial notice) that since this is a public website, that everyone can view it?

Would my "expert" or witness just testify that what I am presenting is on the website?

Thank you for all your help.

What's preventing you from just printing out the part that applies to you?

If it's a PDF, put the page numbers you want into the print dialog box. If it's text, highlight the part you want, Control-P, use "selection."

Judicial Notice: recognition by the court of a fact that is not reasonably disputable and without the introduction of supporting evidence.

Just because everyone can view it does not mean it is indisputable... nor does it make it correct.

Expert Witness: a witness (as a medical specialist) who by virtue of special knowledge, skill, training, or experience is qualified to provide testimony to aid the factfinder in matters that exceed the common knowledge of ordinary people.
