How do I get an abstract/details of someones driving record?

What is the name of your state? Illinois

I'm trying to find out how I get a detailed listing (I think it's called an abstract list??) of someone's driving history. I was told there was a way to do this - but can't find it???

I've already called the Secretary of State - but I can't get a REAL person!!

Any suggestions???
