How does a 3111a (no points) in PA reflect in VA?

Does anyone know what the consequences (i.e., license points, insurance points, etc.) is of a Pennsylvania 3111a (no points in PA I believe), are down in Virginia?

I have other options, but if this is "no points" and nothing that will show up on my VA record, then I'm good with it.

Thanks ahead for any advice.

The closest thing in VA is a three point improper driving. Call the VA DMV and ask.

I would appreciate knowing what they say.

If they say no points be sure to get the name and information from the person you talk to and it would not hurt to confirm in a letter.

Better might be to go to the DMV website and send them an email. Then you can save the reply.
