What is the name of your state? CA
How can I find out, and know for sure that my upcoming infraction trial is a:
"Formal Infraction Trial With Officer Present"
so that if the officer doesn't show up, it gets dismissed.
I don't want a trial with the officer not showing, because he was never asked to show up in the first place, and so no chance of dismissal that way.
