In the Month of January I recieved 2 DWLS (Driving While License Suspended) one on January 9th 2002 (from the city of burton) and one on the 27th (from the state of michigan) both of them are for the same court house. Neither one of the tickets have shown up in the court's records.

My question is, Is there a set timeframe in which they must give me a exact court date before the tickets can be thrown out? I know if you go in front of a Judge/Madjestrate for most issue's the first thing they ask you to do is waive your right to a "quick court date". Since this has not been done yet. Can I get the tickets thrown out?
