When going to trial for a speeding ticket.... I need to subpoena documents and records. Which I have already obtained the subpoena from the cleak of court
1. Can I serve the subpoena, or do I have to have a witness do it?
2. Can the witness be anyone? No certification?
3. Do I serve the subpoena to the police officer, county attorney, or elsewhere?

Thank you for your time
