I did not know...

I was in a car with two friends of mine, we were following my boyfriend to a party. My boyfriend's car was full of turn tables so I could not ride along with him. The driver of the vehicle that I was in came to a traffic light, while following my boyfriend's lead, he was going to go through the light but decided not to. A police officer stopped him. Long story short, the officer called my mother to verify my idetity because I did not have my license with me, he told my mother that I admitted to knowing that the driver of the vehicle had Absolute Vodka in his automobile, which I did NOT know about nor did I say that I DID know. The officer also found a marijuana pipe and 'threw it out of the car' and said that we, my friend driving, his girlfriend and myself, should be glad that he 'let us off easy'. We did not have ONE drink and were not given breath tests, the officer told my mother that we were not drinking but that I had admitted to him that I knew of the alcohol. The driver of the car and his girlfriend BOTH told the officer that I had no clue yet he wrote a citation stating I DID (capitalized on the citation) while being under the age of 21 (in 8 weeks....) possess Absolute Vodka, an alcohol type beverage. He also checked off: Purchase, consumption, possession, transportation of liquor or malt beverage. Section 6308 Subsection 9. My mother is quite upset at how he lied and she called the precinct. She was told that he was not on duty but he did call her back about 30 minutes later and was very rude to her, he said, listen Lady, I can't remember what I said to you, I have 100 conversations a day. Your kid doesn't lie? Then I guess you know about the marijuana pipe that I found also?!? My Mom said, I told you earlier that if you asked her and she admitted she knew about the vodka, then she knew. She won't lie about it, she tells on herself all of the time. The officer was shocked that I had told my mom the truth, even including the marijuana pipe. My mother and I both disagree with the malicious tactics that this officer used while citing me. This will be a loss of my license and I need transportation to and from work, not to mention that I truly did NOT know about the vodka. I plan to plead not guilty, can I ask for a lie detector test or something? Is there any way that I can prove my innocence? Thank you for listening.
Christine
