i got an expensive ticket need some advicei live in sandusky county ohio and on my way to school i got a ticket for doing 92 in a 55. now granted i was running late and i know i was speeding, but i know i didnt go over 85 for sure. my brother was watching my speedometer. so now i have $170 speeding ticket. my question is is there anything i can do to get the ticket amount reduced and to not get points in my license, and would it be worth my time to do so. im 18 yrs old if that has anything to do with it. thanks any input would be appreciated. |

| $170 is extremely lenient for 92 MPH. You're lucky. You can go to court and take your lumps and try, but I'm not optimistic. A lawyer might help, but if saving money is your concern, that won't achieve the goal. You might call one anyhow to see if he thinks there is anything he COULD do (and how much he'd charge).
