I was pulled over for not using a turn signal. The officer said he was not sighting or ticketing me. He then asked to search my truck an I said go ahead he didn't find anything. After searching he said he was giving me a ticket. Is it legal to ticket someone after saying I was free to go. An is it legal for him to confiscate my ID for being suspended.
