What is the name of your state? Indiana

I live in IN. but there is a guy who who lives in Tenn. that uses my name whenever he gets pulled over. This has happened 5 times alltogether, in 3 different states. He doesn't have a DL in my name but he knows some personal info about me because I once dated the girl he married. Since he doesn't have a DL (or any other ID) in my name the police say that he cannot be charged with identity theft. Therefore no-one is interested in persuing charges against him.

How can I put an end to this once and for all???
