Illegally pulled over? (NY)I was recently pulled over (New York State) for a speeding violation (17 over). The officer followed me off the main road, where the violation occured, onto a side road, and then up my driveway. The officer did not turn his lights on until he was already following me up my driveway, which is my private property. Is it legal for him to do this? Jesse |

| It is common for an officer to follow a traffic violator to a safe spot to pull them over. Your driveway was that spot. The officer did nothing wrong. |
