    improper equipment charge

What is the name of your state? North Carolina
I got a speeding ticket for 15 over on the highway. When I went to court, the da charged me with improper equipment and said I jsut had to pay the ticket. Will this ticket go on my record? How will it effect my insurance?

You were given a break, improper equipment is a non moving violation. Consider yourself lucky and pay the ticket.
