| | | Improper Turn NJ What is the name of your state? NJ
I live in PA, got this ticket in NJ... do points carry over?
I didnt know what was going on at a traffic circle and I guess screwed up and made a bad turn... regardless, how much will this cost? I'm most worried about the points... |

| | | Both states are members of the Non-Resident Violator Compact, so yes, your violation will be reported to PA. You will want to call your local DMV to find out how PA handles points in this manner. |

| | | The points don't transfer; just the violation transfers.

| | | Actually the PA DMV says they will not post the violation to your record. I have also had several PA drivers tell me that out of state tickets they have received, even a VA reckless driving, never showed up. Check with the DMV. |

| | | You'd be surprised, I've been googling for a while, "improper turn nj, nj moving violations, etc"
I get some information on amount of points, etc... havnt been able to find a fine price. Is there a site that lists violations/points/cost somewhere? |
