What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? colorado I am charged with inattentive driving that happened when I made a left turn from the outside double turn lane and ended up colliding witht a vehicle to my left who was in the other lane. No physical evidence was presented by the police and my insurance agent said that its my word against the other driver. what are my chances in court?
