Incorrect demographic info on ticket

I live in Massachusetts, but I got a speeding ticket in Kansas . . . is there anyway that my insurance company will find out?

Also, is there any way to contest a speeding ticket if the race field on the ticket is wrong -- drastically wrong? I'm clearly Asian-American and the officer indicated on the ticket that I'm White . . . is there any way to get out of paying the ticket? Or at least not having it show up on my record?

demographics

In my Jurisdiction All we have to choose from is White or Black for this field in the ticket. Even if it was a small error on the ticket, it is not worthy of dismissing it in court.

The only way your insurance company will not find out about a ticket if you are found guilty is if they don't run your driver's history.
