Incorrect informaqtion on ticket and court notice

What is the name of your state? CA

I got a ticket a couple of weeks ago for making a left turn where there was a no left turn sign.
On the ticket the licences plates are incorectly written. On the court notice the licence plates are also incorrect, and different from what's written on the ticket.
Is it enough to have my case dismissed ? or am i better of paying the fine?

That will not likely get the citation dismissed. There are a few traffic commissioners that might dismiss based on the incorrect license info, but chances are they will not.

An attorney might be able to get the cite dismissed with the proper motions and knowledge ... but, the price for that might be a little steep.
