What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
New Jersey

i was on a major street approaching a major intersection. apparently i was not supposed to make a right turn, which i did. i was then stopped and ticketed. to my surprise i was given a ticket that said "failure to turn"

can i fight this in court? because if anything i did wrong was make a right turn when a turn was not allowed.

****edit
the exact code was 39 4 124 which is improper turn. but the ticket says 39 4 124 failure to turn. will this really matter in court?
