| Invalid DL and speeding ticket

To give a little bit of background, I have had my DL revoked twice for medical reasons...I am epileptic. But always had it reinstated. I recently got pulled over, my first time (I am 22) and recieved two violations.
1. Speeding
2. Having an invalid DL
I obtained a copy of my record, and it says my license is clear, but invalid for renewal without a medical review, which I knew. People from the DPS in Austin say that the cop must have misread the screen, because it clearly says that my license is currently valid. Also on the ticket, he put that my car was black, but it is clearly green. All of this was when is was light out, so there is no reason why he could have thought it was a different color. I know I can get the invalid DL charge dismissed, but with that mistake and also the error in car color, do I have grounds to have the speeding charge dismissed as well?
