What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
I was issued a ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign today. Upon review of the citation, I discovered the offense listed as "Disobey a Red Light". Can I successfully constest this citation as there was no stop light at the intersection where I was video taped rolling through a stop sign?
