I live Oregon, Clackamas County. I was stopped and cited for driving while suspended. My question is: Does the police officer have the right to pull me over based only on the information he gains from running my plates? |

| | | Running your plates is enough. Probably happens to the average driver more than they realize. The police have to have some method to catch scofflaws like yourself. | |
