I live Oregon, Clackamas County. I was stopped and cited for driving while suspended. My question is: Does the police officer have the right to pull me over based only on the information he gains from running my plates?
Running your plates is enough. Probably happens to the average driver more than they realize. The police have to have some method to catch scofflaws like yourself.
