juvenile 2nd moving violation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
My son has just received his 2nd moving violation. He is under 18 and will likely lose his license for 90 days. If we delay the court date until after he turns 18, will he still lose his license?

Delaying the court date will not change the fact that the alleged violation occurred while he's a juvenile.

Maybe this is a hint that your son is not mature enough to be behind the wheel. Have you considered that?
