| | | | kansas ticket oops What is the name of your state? kansas
my daughter got a ticket for inattentive driving. the summons however had a code for a weapons violation. (According to the listing on the back of the ticket) is this grounds enough for a dismissal? |

| | | Your daughter does not want a weapons violation on her record. My advice would be to show up on your court date and see what happens. The officer can correct or reissue the citation with the correct statute. |
