What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey...

I'm leaving to go to court in an hour. I was pulled over for running a red light but I really didn't do it. I was in a camera inforced red light zone but no picture was taken. I just got pulled over. I have a clean record but I need help with my defense. PLEASE HELP!
